Risk disclosure
Edge Pulse Academy is an educational product. Nothing in the course, videos, drills, journal, coach or any other material is investment, financial, tax or legal advice, and nothing is a recommendation to buy or sell any security, future or option.
Trading futures and options involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor. You can lose more than your initial deposit. Only trade with money you can afford to lose.
Simulated charts and hypothetical results. Practice charts in the Academy are generated to illustrate concepts. They are not historical market data. Hypothetical or simulated performance results have certain inherent limitations. Unlike an actual performance record, simulated results do not represent actual trading. Because the trades have not actually been executed, the results may have under- or over-compensated for the impact of certain market factors, such as lack of liquidity. No representation is being made that any account will or is likely to achieve profits or losses similar to those shown. Past performance is not indicative of future results.
Examples that use R-multiples, targets or win rates are for teaching only. Your results will depend on your own decisions, execution, costs and market conditions.
Terms of use
Your account
You need an account to use the Academy. Keep your login details private and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. One account is for one person.
What you get
The Foundation course is free. The Full Academy is a paid upgrade that unlocks the weekly modules and related videos. We may add, update or retire lessons over time to keep the material accurate.
An Academy account, and anything you buy in the Academy, covers the Academy only. The Edge Pulse AI Trading Platform is a separate product with its own sign-up and price. It is not included with any Academy plan.
Payments and refunds
Payments are processed by Stripe. We don't see or store your card number. All sales are final. Because the full course is delivered digitally and unlocked immediately, purchases are non-refundable. The Foundation course is free so you can try the teaching style, the chart drills and the tools before you buy. At checkout you’ll be asked to confirm that you understand this and that you want immediate access. If you’re charged in error or can’t access what you paid for, contact us and we’ll fix it.
Acceptable use
Course material is for your personal learning. Don't copy, resell, share your login, record or redistribute the videos or lessons, or try to get around access controls.
Your journal
Trades and notes you enter in the journal belong to you. We store them so they sync to your devices, and we don't share them.
No guarantees
The Academy is provided “as is.” We don't guarantee any trading outcome, and to the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for trading losses or for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Academy.
Changes
We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we'll let you know by email or in the app.
Privacy policy
What we collect
- Account: your email address and, if you give it, your first name.
- Course progress: which lessons and steps you've completed, your answers and settings.
- Journal: the trades, notes, tags and screenshots you choose to enter.
- Payments: handled by Stripe. We receive a customer ID and whether the payment succeeded, not your card details.
How we use it
To run your account, save your progress across devices, give you access to what you've purchased, and contact you about your account. We don't sell your personal information.
Where it's stored
Account and progress data is stored with our database provider (Supabase). Each student's data is protected so only that student can read it. Some data is also kept in your browser so the app works quickly and offline.
Your choices
You can export your journal at any time from the Journal page. To delete your account and data, email us and we'll remove it.
